Prayer versus Meditation? Why you need to do BOTH.
Dec 01, 2024A common question that I get asked is, what is the difference between prayer and meditation?
Prayer is asking for what you desire. Many people ask out of lack. It is important to pray that you will receive. What is it that you desire? When putting things out into the universe, set clear intentions. It is important to tell what you want and trust that you will get it. When in prayer, you want to have an abundant mindset.
Meditation is when you ask for your desire, still your mind, and tune into the source. This will give you the next ACTION step to move forward to getting what you DESIRE.
A Message Archangel Sandolphon
"My children, when you pray, it is asking for what you want. We always tell you that we cannot intervene unless you ASK. That is why prayer is asking for what you DESIRE. That is why it is important that once you ASK it is done. Pray requires an abundant mindset. Many often ask from a scarcity mindset and that blocks manifestion.
Meditation is how to move forward with ease and grace. Yes, you will get what you DESIRE, but you must still move forward and take INSPIRED ACTION. There is this belief that it will: fall from the sky," and you do not have to make it happen. Yes, when you have a dream it can come easily to you, but you still have to do the work to make it happen.. Just change up the vibration of attracting and not chasing. When you ASK, TRUST that is done."
